***Deposit Policy***

Please read carefully before placing a deposit

We except a $300 deposit to hold the puppy of your choice.  The deposit will be deducted off the price of the puppy.  This will be done on a first come first pick order.  Breeder always has first pick of litter but will let you know if we plan on keeping one from a particular litter.  Person who has first pick needs to make a decision by the time the puppies are 3 weeks old.  This way other customers may start picking out their puppy.  Make sure the puppy that you pick out is the one you want.  We will not refund or apply your deposit to a different puppy or litter because of size, color, sex, moving, ect.  Make sure this is the puppy for you before you place a deposit.  (See Contract #7) Your deposit will only be refunded if your vet finds something life threatening with the puppy and our vet agrees.  Your deposit will be deducted off the price of the puppy.

 Our puppies come from a loving and caring environment. They are whelped and raised in our home until old enough to be adopted out. We carefully watch over them the first few weeks after birth, ensuring they are given the best start in life. They are handled and played with daily. Our puppies are well socialized to adults as well as children.  Puppies are sold AKC limited registration (no breeding rights) in hope that your puppy will fill a spot in your home and become part of your family.
