1. Puppy must be spayed or neutered between 6 months and 1 year
old, and will not be used for stud or
breeding purposes.
2. Devoted To You will sell only with a limited registration
(no breeding rights).
3. This puppy is not to be sold to a pet store, leased,
animal shelter or any other facility. Puppy is not to be kept continually
in a kennel. If at any time you can no longer
care for the puppy or adult dog it is to be returned to Devoted To You.
There
will be no refund.
4. Buyers have 72 hours after leaving Devoted
To You, to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy
is found to have a life threatening disease you need to contact the seller
within 24 hours. At this time we will have the puppy checked out by our
veterinarian. Seller has one year from the vet's finding to replace the
puppy of the same value.
This offer is void if the new owners do not have the puppy examined by
a licensed veterinarian within the 72 hours.
5. This puppy is
free feeding and is eating the high quality dry Royal Canin Puppy Food. At the time of purchase you will be
given some of this puppy food to mix in with the puppy food of your
choice.
6. Puppy is to be registered using "Devoted"
at
the front of the puppy's name.
7. No refunds are given for
any reason. We do not accept Pay Pal. Again, please make
sure this is the right puppy for you before you exchange any money. We
will not refund because of color, size, buyers can no longer keep puppy
for different reasons, or conditions listed below.
8. A note about Shih Tzu puppies: Umbilical Hernias are very
common in Shih Tzu and are not life threatening or dangerous. They will
usually close up on their own by the time the puppy is 6 months to one
year old. If you would like to have the hernia fixed, this is up to
the buyer and buyer assumes all veterinarian bills. Shih
Tzu puppies might snort at first because of tight nostrils. They will
open up more as your puppy matures. Once in a while, a puppy will have an
over bite instead of an under bite. This is only cosmetic and
puppy will be sold as pet quality and the price of the puppy will
reflect as such. There will be no refunds given on any of the above
conditions.
9. We require a deposit of one half down and payment in full
when you pick up your puppy. If the puppy is shipped, we require one half
down and payment in full (including shipping cost) one week before puppy
is shipped ( See shipping).
10. We assume no cost of any medical expenses when puppy
leaves our premises.
11. When picking out your new puppy you will not be allowed
to handle or hold it until it is 6 weeks old. This is to protect the well
being of your new puppy, litter, and mom.
12. This puppy is guaranteed to be free of
life threatening genetic hereditary disease.
13. Devoted To
You has rights to first pick of all litters for our breeding
program.
14. Puppy diseases such as Cocidia, Parvo, Corona, worms, or
any other puppy diseases will not be covered in our warranty. Puppies will
however be up to date on shots for these diseases and wormed regularly.
It will be up to new owners to finish the series of puppy shots to
fully protect against these diseases.
15. Devoted cannot guarantee male pups will have 2 fully descended
testicles.
16. Seller and buyer must sign this contract before any
puppy leaves our premises. We appreciate you as our customer and it is our
hope that you and your new Shih Tzu puppy will have a long happy life
ahead of you.
