Devoted Shih Tzu is sad to announce the passing of Jean Ann Smith
We are sorry for the lack of web updates since the illness and loss of our beloved wife and mother. She was truly a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and animal lover. We all miss her terribly, including her canine family. We are comforted with the knowledge that she is happy at home with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Since we cannot continue with the same devotion and time that Jean Ann poured into her animals, we will no longer be breeding these fine dogs she loved so much. We had a litter of three puppies from Tiffany and Cowboy on July 30, 2009 (two females and one male). The very last Devoted Shih Tzu puppy found her home with a very nice family in Washington. A few of our adults are being trained for "Pet Therapy" where we visit nursing homes, retirement centers, hospitals, and hospice. For this our Shih Tzu need an excellent disposition, and in turn, pass this on to their puppies. Don't settle for just color and size but for the important trait that pulls it all together....a Devoted disposition, your new best friend. ** We offer a $50 discount to Senior Citizens! (email us for more info. does not apply to "special" priced puppies) ** Live close by? Bond with your puppy as it grows. Watch how fast they change from week to week. We welcome adults to make a scheduled, once a week visit to your new adopted puppy, after he turns 4 weeks old! ** Too far away for visits? Let us help you stay connected with your new baby. We will email new pictures of your baby once a week! Plus email fun updates (eyes opening, sleeping on back, barking, playing, starting solids, shots, dew claws, weight, etc.) We strive to offer you a high champion pedigree, pet quality, standard size, Shih Tzu puppy, with a fantastic personality! Our puppies will be reasonably priced, making it possible for loving, caring families to be able to adopt. All puppies have dew claws removed, and are up to date on shots/wormed. Puppies are in-home family raised and well socialized. Puppies come with limited reg. only (no breeding rights) in hope that your new puppy becomes your close companion. The puppy might leave our home but never our thoughts. We have enjoyed making new friends and sharing something that we have in common...a Shih Tzu!
